Indications for HBO Treatment
Support Healing of Problem Wounds
HBOT supports healing in difficult or non-healing wounds, including diabetic foot ulcers, by increasing oxygen delivery to damaged tissue.
Radiation Injury Support
HBOT may help manage delayed radiation-related tissue injury by improving oxygenation and supporting tissue repair in affected areas.
Support for Surgical Grafts & Flaps
Hyperbaric oxygen therapy can be used to support the healing of compromised grafts and flaps by improving blood flow and oxygen supply to healing tissue.
What to Expect
The hyperbaric oxygen chamber is a comfortable, enclosed space where you relax during your treatment. The chamber is gently pressurized with oxygen-rich air, allowing your body to take in more oxygen than normal.
This increased oxygen is carried through the bloodstream to support the body’s natural healing and recovery processes. Sessions are monitored by trained staff, and patient comfort and safety are always the priority.
